The Yoga Station of Tahlequah, OK is a yoga community dedicated to helping people feel vibrant, alive and healthy.

All of our classes are heated between 90-100 degrees.

Gentle classes are heated between 80-90.

All of our hot classes are heated between 95 – 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Vinyasa/Power

let's flow! This class will guide you between energetic and quick flowing sequences, as well a dynamic mix of postures with longer holds. All levels are welcome in this class! Be prepared to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. All levels are welcome to attend!

Gentle

a mindful, slower paced class to revitalize the mind and body. Our experienced instructors will guide you while linking movement to breath. All levels are welcome to attend!

In this class, our experienced instructors will lead you through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises for a blissful 60 minutes that will rejuvenate your entire being. A therapeutic and restorative style of yoga, that is proven to greatly increase mental clarity. There is no pressure in this class to force postures, only the knowledge of the practice and the opportunities to enjoy the benefits of 26/2 yoga. All levels are welcome to attend!

Each of our class types will be available to practitioners of all levels. You will find varying degrees of difficulty based on our 3 class levels:

Diesel: moderate to advanced level
Regular: intermediate level
Unleaded: beginner level

Vinyasa style flow session with longer holds to incorporate some strengthening asanas. The infrared heat will help loosen up the tight muscles and bring some more flexibility into the body and mind.

This milder session offers a chance to stretch, flow, and warm up the body lightly.

Schedule a Class

We welcome beginners and advanced yoga students alike. We have a class for everyBODY!

Yoga is is a non judgemental, inclusive and grounding practice for everyone!

Some of our classes are heated, but not all of them. You can find more detailed information under our ‘class descriptions.’ There are genuinely so many healing benefits from warm and hot yoga, and we are so excited to share this with you.

Students are encouraged to pre-book classes online. 
 
Classes have a capacity limit of 15. Walk-ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. Studio doors open 15 minutes before class starts. We kindly ask all students to arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to get settled in.
